  2. We are committed to providing Our customers with the highest quality Products. However, on rare occasions, Products may be found to be faulty or deficient. In such cases, we offer return and refund facilities in accordance with this Refund Policy ("Policy").

  4. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, You are advised not to transact on this website.
  5. We offer a 7 days refund Policy for the eligible Products. Please read this Policy before making a purchase on this Website, so that You understand Your rights as well as what You can expect from Us if You are not happy with your purchase.

DEFINITIONS

  1. "Business Days" - means a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or bank holiday in Canada and United States of America
  2. "Customer" - means a person who buys any goods or availing services for consideration but does not include a person who purchases such goods or avail services to resell them.
  3. "Date of Transaction" - means the date of purchase of any product or service, which includes the date of any renewal processed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement.

REFUNDS RULES

  1. Returns/Partial Returns/Exchanges/Refunds are only applicable to orders placed from the United states of America (USA), United Kingdom, Australia, UAE & Canada.
  2. Every effort is made to service the orders placed, as per the specifications and timelines mentioned with respect to a Products. If due to any unforeseen circumstances or limitations from Our side, the order is not shipped or delivered then such order stands cancelled, and the amount paid by You is refunded fully.
  3. You can cancel the order after the Date of Transaction and prior to the dispatch of the product. The order cannot be cancelled once the dispatch has been initiated.
  4. We will not process a return if you have placed the order for the wrong product model/type colour, size or incorrect product.
  5. When you make a qualifying return, we will refund the full amount, less the original shipping and handling charges as per the actuals.
  6. Return or refund shall only be considered once the Customer concerned produces relevant documents and proof.
  7. Return and refund shall be subject to testing and verifying the alleged fault by an authorized person on behalf of us and/or an expert, who would be assessing the product for any damages.
  8. If following the testing process, the product is found to be in good condition without defects, damage. We will return the product to you, and the carriage costs of this return will be customer’s responsibility. All Shipping costs & Custom duties for returning the products to Sujatra.shop are to be borne by the customer.
  9. The Product(s) need not be damages, soiled, worn, washed, or altered at any stage
  10. Safe receipt of returning the product back to us is customer’s sole responsibility and We would not be liable for any product lost in transit in the returns cycle.
  11. The product will be eligible for replacement only if the same product/model is available in stock.
  12. In case the same product/model is out of stock, a refund shall be provided.
  13. Once qualified, the refunds are applied to the original payment option.
  14. Customers are advised to cross check the quantity and quality of product ordered against the package received, before accepting the package from shipping agency. In case of any discrepancies, kindly leave a detailed comment/remark with the shipping agency.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS:

The following items: Clearance items, Final Sale items, Special-Order items, Custom products like blouses etc are not eligible for return/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at management’s discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within the policy.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING THE TRANSIT

  1. Replacement can be made if the Customer establishes that the product was delivered in defective condition or has physical damage within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
  2. We will organize to repair the damaged product or collect it and replace it with an equivalent product, or provide a refund, You need to contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

Any damaged product must be returned in the condition it was in when you received it, together with any packaging and other items which You received with the damaged product.

ORDER NOT CONFIRMED BUT AMOUNT DEDUCTED

  1. If the amount has been deducted and the order is not confirmed, please do contact Your respective bank. It takes 7 (seven) Business Days to reverse back the amount by the respective bank approximately, However, it depends on the respective financial institutions to which the payment has been made.

EXEMPTIONS

Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to provide replacement, or refund for a product or service you purchased if:

  1. the product purchased is sale items or promotional items (discounts, Final Sale etc.).
  2. the products are not in the same condition as when they were delivered.
  3. used the product in anyway.
  4. Gifts or free services.
  5. the product is torn or damaged by the customer.
  6. the product is returned after the return window is closed or the Refund Period expires.
  7. Any other exceptions apply under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

RULES OF RETURNING THE PRODUCT

The request for cancellation of the products can be made in the following manner:

  2. You are eligible to return the product only if you return the products in the same condition in which You received them with in the three days of receiving the product.
  3. Customers can opt for a refund or exchange the returned product with any other product or ask for a store credit which will be valid for next 6 months.
  4. The refund will be processed only after the product is picked up and has been delivered back to us in an unused & original form. Once the product has reached us and it is inspected to be free from any defect
  5. Money will be refunded back to the original payment method, credit card or debit card or to any financial institution.
  6. Pack the product properly and label the product with the order number, return address and Your address.
  7. The product shall be returned in its original packaging with Labels and Tags.
  8. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during the return transit. It is the customer's responsibility to pack the product properly to prevent any damage during transit.
  9. The eligible returns once confirmed from Our end can be sent to the address shared by us on the email. 
  10. The order returned must accompany all accessories (if any, including freebies) which were serviced along with the order or else the cost of the accessories shall be recovered from the refund amount.
  11. On receipt of the returned product, We will evaluate the fault You have notified Us.
  12. A copy of the receipt or invoice shall be attached along with the returned product.
  13. You will receive an email or SMS notification at Your email address or mobile number provided to us.

TO RETURN A PRODUCT

  1. Click on the "Return Order" option available at the bottom of our home page.
  2. Log in using your registered email address. Enter the OTP received on your email address.
  3. Click on the "Request return" option available against the order that you wish to return. (Kindly refer to your order ID)
  4. Select the reason of return from the drop down. It would help us a lot if you could share your valuable feedback in the notes option available below.
  5. Click on "Request return" option on the right to submit your request.
  6. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed as per our return policy and you shall receive an email regarding the completion of your return.

SHIPPING COST

  1. We provide all support to return the product. However, any cost incurred on the packaging or returning of the product shall be borne by the customer itself.
  2. If the customer is sending back the product, the risk of loss lies with the customer. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery, and You are therefore strongly advised to send Your package by recorded delivery, registered post, or courier.

    RESPONSE TIME

    1. Refunds are normally processed within 10 Business Days after the completion of quality checks of the product returned.
    2. Refunds are normally processed within 10 Business Days after checking the veracity of the refund request.
    3. The period of refund may also depend on various banking and payment channels, and We will not be liable for any errors or delays in a refund due to banks or third-party service providers.
